The way in which your client explores southern Africa depends on your personal preferred style of travel:

Meet and Greet: for travellers who want a friendly face on arrival. An AAA representative meets the guest on arrival and gives a basic orientation to their trip.

Transfers: After a flight it is pleasant to know that someone is waiting to transfer you to your hotel/guesthouse.  A hire car can then be booked to be dropped off at the hotel.  In addition – a transfer to the airport on departure means there is no added pressure in returning a car to the rental company before checking in for the return flight home.

Excursions: We can arrange a variety of excursions – from adventure trips to cultural highlights and dining experiences to sporting activities

Arrival packages: are for those who want to do their own thing or visit family or friends but want an orientation package on arrival.  We can arrange the first few nights accommodation as well as car hire or transfers and city tours for clients to get their bearings.

Guided tours: for those who want to be independent but prefer to have someone in-the-know deal with day to day arrangements and practicalities.  An informative trip -  as the guide is available throughout the trip for updates on geographical areas, historical events and cultural traditions.

Self-drives: one of the best ways to see southern Africa. For those who want to be independent but who also want reassurance that the route planned is realistic in terms of daily distances travelled.  It is also good to know that there is comfy accommodation waiting at the end of each day.  Guidance on excursions is also given.  A hire car will be waiting along with a detailed route description on arrival at the airport.

Fly-drives: a great way to experience the diverseness of what southern Africa has to offer without necessarily driving long distances.  On arrival a detailed route description is provided along with the first hire car.  After exploration of one area, your client flies to their next destination where the next hire car is waiting for them. Accommodation is pre-booked so either all or part of the required nights can be booked – making the itinerary as flexible as the clients would like it to be.  Suggestions for excursions are given and can be pre-booked when finalizing the itinerary.

Organised/Seat In:  We offer fantastic round trips as well as  shorter area specific organised tours on small buses as well as overland vehicles

Motorbike trips:  your clients can explore South Africa on a motorbike – knowing that the distances suggested are achievable, the roads suitable and that accommodation is waiting for them at the end of a day.

Golf Packages: We can tailor-make a golfing package to suit your clients needs or can include golfing requirements into a general highlights itinerary with interesting excursions included for non-golfers as well.
